These terms cover this website, the free session at /audio, and the waitlist. Paid one to one work is covered by the separate written agreement you sign before it starts. Where the two differ, that signed agreement wins.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Suroesh Jazayeri | Hypnose, trading as Rewire Your Minds, Hoge Filterweg 626, 3063 KL Rotterdam, Netherlands. You can reach me at hello@rewireyourminds.com. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.
What this is
Rewire Your Minds is hypnosis and subconscious work for entrepreneurs, delivered by Suroesh Jazayeri. It is coaching work, not healthcare.
This is not medical or psychological treatment. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It does not replace medication or treatment you have been prescribed, and you should not stop either because of anything you read or hear here. If you are dealing with a medical or psychological condition, speak to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Please do not use the free session if you are driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention. Listen somewhere you can safely close your eyes and stay put for its full length.
What hypnosis can and cannot promise
Hypnosis is an individual experience. People respond differently, and how much someone gets from a session depends on them, on what they bring, and on what they do afterwards. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result, and no specific outcome, income figure, or timeline is promised. Anything anyone else says about their own experience is their experience, not a forecast of yours.
The free session
The session at /audio is generated for you from the answers you give, at no cost. In using it you agree that:
- you are 18 or over
- the answers you give are your own, and you are comfortable having them processed as set out in the privacy page
- the recording is for your personal use, and you will not resell it, publish it, or present it as your own
- it is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available at any particular time
Requests are rate limited so that the service stays available to everyone. Submissions that appear automated may be refused.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and costs nothing. It means you will be contacted when a place opens. You can ask to come off it at any time.
Bookings and paid work
A discovery call booked through the site is a conversation, not a purchase, and neither side is committed by it. Fees, scope, duration, payment schedule and cancellation for the one to one programme are set out in the individual written agreement signed before the work starts. No price shown or discussed elsewhere overrides that document.
Your content
What you write in the forms stays yours. You grant permission to use it for the single purpose of producing and delivering what you asked for, and for the follow up described on the privacy page. Nothing you submit is published, sold, or used in marketing.
What belongs to me
The text, design, images, recordings, voice, and the method described on this site belong to Rewire Your Minds and are protected by copyright. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy it, clone the voice, or reuse the material commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the site or its endpoints, submit anyone else's personal information, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Third party services
Bookings run through Calendly and the site is hosted on Vercel. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is not something I control.
Availability
The site and the free session are provided as they are. They may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn, and no uninterrupted or error free service is promised.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for decisions you take on the basis of the free session. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
