What I hold, and why

Last updated 24 August 2026

Two pages on this site ask you for something: the free session at /audio and the waitlist at /waitlist. This page says exactly what those forms collect, who else touches it, how long it stays, and how to have it removed. Nothing else on the site tracks you.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies for tracking. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third party analytics or advertising scripts. If you only read the site and never fill in a form, nothing about you is stored.

Who is responsible

The controller for the data described here is Suroesh Jazayeri | Hypnose, trading as Rewire Your Minds, Hoge Filterweg 626, 3063 KL Rotterdam, Netherlands. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@rewireyourminds.com.

Because the controller is established in the Netherlands, the supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with them.

What the forms collect

The free session (/audio)

To build a session in your own words, the form asks for:

Those answers are the point of the exercise, so please read this next part properly. What you write can describe how you feel, what you are going through, and states that count as health related information. In the EU and UK that is a special category of personal data with extra protection. You decide what to type. Write only as much as you are comfortable having stored and processed as described below, and please do not enter anything about other identifiable people.

The waitlist (/waitlist)

Name and email address, plus your answers to the short questions on that page.

Booking a call

The booking link goes to Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is collected by Calendly, and the booking details reach me through them.

Why, and on what legal basis

PurposeDataBasis
Generate and deliver your personalised session First name, email, your answers Your explicit consent, given by submitting the form. For the health related parts of what you write, this is the special category consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.
Stop one address generating unlimited recordings Email, timestamp Legitimate interest in keeping a paid service available and affordable
Follow up about working together, where you asked for that Name, email, your answers Your consent, withdrawable at any time
Keep the waitlist and tell you when places open Name, email Your consent, withdrawable at any time

Who else processes it

Your answers are handled by a small number of named services. They act on instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

ServiceWhat it doesWhat it sees
VercelHosts the site and runs the two form endpointsWhatever the form submits, in transit
SupabaseStores the submissions and the contact recordName, email, your answers
AnthropicTurns your answers into the script for your sessionFirst name and your answers
ElevenLabsSpeaks that script in the cloned voiceThe generated script text
CalendlyHandles call bookings, only if you use the booking linkWhat you enter on their page

These providers operate outside your country in some cases, including in the United States. Transfers out of the EEA and the UK rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum where those apply.

Automated processing

The script for your session is written by an AI model from the answers you give, and the voice is synthesised. No person reviews it before you hear it, and it is generated for you alone. It produces a hypnosis recording and nothing else. It makes no decision about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect.

How long it is kept

If you ask for deletion, everything above goes, apart from anything I am legally required to retain, for example records tied to an invoice.

Your rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask for a copy of what is held, correction of anything wrong, deletion, a restriction on use, a machine readable export, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

One message to hello@rewireyourminds.com is enough. There is no form to fill in, and it costs nothing. You will get an answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS. The credentials that reach the database are held as server side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. Access to stored submissions is limited to me and to the people working directly on this practice.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has submitted something, write to the address above and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes with it.
